My coworkers are calling off very often and there isnt enough staff to cover

none of us work together. They were in around speaking of the team when there is no team, there is just individuals trying to survive.

Number of pitches are happened but these people doesn't know how to give interview they dont have any answr and i am surprise why C&W global not doing any auditing for checking the quality of services from employees. The admin here she feel that its her house she will not allow to give stationar.
