I got in on a referral but the interview process can be weird and difficult if you're not internal or have other CRE experience.

I skipped general interviews and went to the next step first
asking more about what do we excpect
I would like less panel interviews
More transparency around compensation, justification of offer based on evaluation and perceptions of ability to contribute.
I had 6 people in my interview...that was a bit much
More knowledgeable individuals doing the interviews. Most are not qualified to evaluate a candidates ability to do their job.
