Have managers compliment and praise for job well done. Also appreciate the things you do well and being on time never calling in sick.
Management needs to get employees more involved with change and overall KEEP US IN THE LOOP. Have more value for your employees and give positive reinforcement. Because you only ever hear of the negatives. I refuse to believe a company can be so out of touch with its staff but here we are sadly...
