Check the rare employee whose salary not meeting avaerage salary of market

Treat employees like people instead of cattle. TRY to communicate to employees about changes in policies from corporate. Maybe talk to employees privately instead of berating them in front of others. Have some accountability instead of giving the run around to employee questions.

Management cares nothing about its employees in the Property Management Division. Very poor Middle Management.
