The communication between leadership and the team is really the best part so far.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understanding employees, completely contradicting what they say and do, rewarding the same people over and over while ignoring growth for the vast majority, excessive arbitrary changes to look like they achieved something without any consideration for employee impact.
The leadership team on my account needs to be better at not picking favorites. They also need to be more adapt to growing the team they already have and promoting from within not hiring more outside people for more money than the current employees make.

Getting rid of bad managers
Leadership team was a joke. They kept inventing processes probably just to look like their jobs were relevant.
Caring about the employee experience.
Barely present at all and their communications are irrelevant to the majority of their workers.

Talk to people like they are here, say things supportive
Just making sure employees are cared for and respected and empowered to do their job
Make clear work instructions for all to follow. To have a boss say to you I cant explain it just do it is unacceptable.

Everything, I worked there for three years on two accounts and found the level of of unethical behavior unbelievable. Falsification of documentation was a way of life and shaking down vendors for kickbacks was expected.
