It was very casual for sure

My interview process was internal and was positive and productive while fair.

They were friendly and did their due diligence on my background profile. They found out I was a great student and awesome team member. We talked casually as nervous as I was, and I felt that I could be completely open to them, especially about pay expectation.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

One person said it was not an interview, it was an interrogation

complete test prior hiring . test newappliers to check their skills and knowledge

Make sure that the recruiters and corporate HR communicate with greater efficiency.

I have been interviewed for promotions and not given the same consideration as external candidates. An unplanned phone conversation vs a sit down interview was one such instance.

Have HR involved in the hiring process, nepotism is highly practiced.
