How difficult is it to maintain a social life while in your job at Jobvite?
It's very easy to maintain a social life while at Jobvite. Most people at Jobvite arrive by 8:30am and leave by 6:00pm, providing a nice work/life balance. Of course, there are exceptions to this based on team and project but you should find that you can have a robust social life while there.

It's a very diverse group of people from all over the world.

This depends on team you are on. Some roles are more fast-paced than others.
How challenged are you at Jobvite?
This depends on the team. Some teams allow you greater opportunity to tackle and resolve bigger problems. Others want you to stay focused on the task at hand. If you want to be challenged, regardless of role or company, you need to advocate for yourself for those opportunities.
How often do raises happen at Jobvite?
In the past, raises were done yearly and they were done outside of a formal review cycle. Executives were provided with a block of dollars to allocate across their teams as they saw fit. This means some people saw significantly higher increases than others.
