How difficult is it to maintain a social life while in your job at Jobvite?
It's very easy to maintain a social life while at Jobvite. Most people at Jobvite arrive by 8:30am and leave by 6:00pm, providing a nice work/life balance. Of course, there are exceptions to this based on team and project but you should find that you can have a robust social life while there.

It's a very diverse group of people from all over the world.

This depends on team you are on. Some roles are more fast-paced than others.

This depends on the team. Some teams allow you greater opportunity to tackle and resolve bigger problems. Others want you to stay focused on the task at hand. If you want to be challenged, regardless of role or company, you need to advocate for yourself for those opportunities.
