I like Avature, the first time I feel comfortable in the workplace. It is a company that grows fast, and that is sometimes hard to face, but everyone is very collaborative, I have always felt that here at Avature there is space for you to be yourself, and there are no toxic and competitive co-worker
Unless you are are one of the "chosen cool kids" you are looked down upon, get less opportunities to grow, and your job will change trying to force you out.
Going to work everyday is a struggle as I have to constantly fight with my manager over small details.
