The entire management is fake. They say one thing then do another. They need to stop rewarding the people in their little circle and start supporting the agents. This place really needs an entire management change

I liked the interviewer the best. She was the ONLY manager that would give you an answer on the spot and not tell you to "email" her. Such a shame they fired her for doing a good job
