At THE COMPANY I work for, Roy Real Estate Group-Keller Williams Signature partners LLC, they offer wonderful training for all new agents and ongoing support for members of our team. The benefits of working here far out weigh the other places I checked into when I was first becoming a Realtor. The Roy Group aims to give our members the tools to be self sufficient and we can have as much “team action” as we see fit for our individual needs. The Roy Group is highly motivating and very helpful to all.

What is the onboarding process like at Keller Williams Realty and how long does it last?
For an agent it is a hot mess. There are a million forms that you have to complete for both the office and for DPOR, etc. For an employee it's pretty simple paperwork that can be emailed and completed at home.

The offices are around our main meeti g areas which make it nice . It looks like a circle then in the middle all our meeting and conference rooms are in the middle.
