Overall I've has a postive experience. I started as a Team lead and Ive been promoted twice. Its not perfect i wish the technology in store was more reliable, and effcient. I dont love our dress code, we have so many young customers now i think they could relax it. Overall though I like it here.

Everyone just getd along. The company encourages fun and excitement in the teams.

My coworkers are number one. But our patients can become our friends, we know eachother and they come back every year usually a few times. So you get to build actual relationships with people.

The direct managers ive had have been wonderful. Strong successful women. Its be neat to have so many female leaders to work for and with. I hope i see more of them in the top of our zones.

Theres a ton of engagement with your team in store, but also in the region. I know there is always someone to help when you need it. You dont have to rely on one person when you need help.

I would like a better 401k match, i'd love to see our old bonus structure come back. im doing my part and more in the store sales it was nice to feel adequately paid for succeeding the sales goals.
