Very supportive and awesome worker
Feedback, both positive and negative. Theres a distinct lack of positive feedback, and the negative feedback is frequently disrespectful and not constructive.
Leadership needs to be more realistic and compassionate. They should start by listening to people actually in the stores doing the work.
Involving associates in making decisions
Respect the people that bring the money into the system. They only know how to push papers. You have lost amazing people because of upper management.
Correct how you're paid immediately
I earned it in a business whose focus was on its customers.

I would like a better 401k match, i'd love to see our old bonus structure come back. im doing my part and more in the store sales it was nice to feel adequately paid for succeeding the sales goals.
Pay increases are hard to come by and compensation isnt the greatest. They lack on keeping up with cost of living increases but the work life balance is nice and benefits are great; so there's give and take.

Ie was a Standard interview process.
Quick and simple. Straight to the point.
It was a long time ago and varies greatly based on the role. Store associates interviewed by that Store Market Manager. Leaders interview a couple times and also with a panel of other leaders. We want to ensure we have the best leaders in the optical industry and most of the time we do.
Be honest about what to expect
When I was interviewed by the regional he was more concerned with the conversation he was Having on his phone than the actual interview.
I have no complaints about the interview process.

My coworkers are number one. But our patients can become our friends, we know eachother and they come back every year usually a few times. So you get to build actual relationships with people.
