The direct managers ive had have been wonderful. Strong successful women. Its be neat to have so many female leaders to work for and with. I hope i see more of them in the top of our zones.

Feedback, both positive and negative. Theres a distinct lack of positive feedback, and the negative feedback is frequently disrespectful and not constructive.
Leadership needs to be more realistic and compassionate. They should start by listening to people actually in the stores doing the work.
Involving associates in making decisions
Respect the people that bring the money into the system. They only know how to push papers. You have lost amazing people because of upper management.
Correct how you're paid immediately
Upper management should have more of a presence and create a culture of respect and communication.
Not abusing their roles as leaders, at our location they use it as an advantage to do less and take time off.
