My team works hard. They care a lot of our patients & customers and do whats best for them and my team supports eachother very well in any time of team. Its like a gigantic work family. Those that had bad experienced often didnt do anything to try to support peers themselves. You get what you give.
Theres a ton of engagement with your team in store, but also in the region. I know there is always someone to help when you need it. You dont have to rely on one person when you need help.
Team members get along well and do their part to assist each other while providing excellent care to patient's

Too much micromanagement of emoyers
There is no team Camaraderie or a culture or team work as well as respect.
They are all stressed and unorganized due to lack of good management
Stop treating someone badly when they’ve only been respectful of you.

optical knowledge. there is little to no training that is effective for the healthcare part of the business. they can hire anyone to press buttons and causes more work for anyone who knows what they are doing with glasses
