What makes me most happy at work is that I really feel like I'm helping people through both my day to day job and community service projects that the foundation puts together.
They were quick at getting back to me to set up an interview. And then when I had my interview, it didn't feel like an interview at all! It felt way more like a discussion with coworkers.
A lot of really great benefits here. For me personally, the PTO is killer (my dad says it took him 10 years at his company to earn as much PTO as I got on day 1) and education reimbursement is great!
I love that the leadership team takes time to get to know me personally and to really listen to my feedback and ideas. The leadership team also constantly keeps the entire company updated on how we are doing and what progress we are making.
My team is really good at what they do. I've naturally grown a lot in my role just by being around folks that really know their stuff. They also are genuine in getting to know me and in caring about me and my family. Also we have a lot of fun!
What's most positive about this company is the newly established values. There are six of them, but the 2 that stick out most to me are We Care and Masters of Our Craft. When I know that MarketStar has my back and that my family needs are taken care of, it allows me to put in my best work.
