Senior Leadership at Marketstar does a great job of reading the industry and making intelligent decisions to keep the business growing and safe even through stormy economic times. Lower leadership are usually internal promotions familiar with the work and supportive of employee needs and desires.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Martketstar is on the lower end of competetive compensation however the company works to make up for it in many other valuable ways allowing flexibility and a great work enviroment.

The best thing about my team is the sense of joint purpose, and desire to improve. There's a palpable sense of striving for better every day that makes working together so rewarding. Great senses of humor and an environment that allows for fun interactions makes the work day go quickly.
