What do you like best about the leadership team?
Senior Leadership at Marketstar does a great job of reading the industry and making intelligent decisions to keep the business growing and safe even through stormy economic times. Lower leadership are usually internal promotions familiar with the work and supportive of employee needs and desires.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping mentor and coach new members of our team is what makes me happiest here. Seeing new people show up fresh faced and eager, but knowing nothing, and being able to help them gain confidence, learn the skills, and be successful is really the best.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about my team is the sense of joint purpose, and desire to improve. There's a palpable sense of striving for better every day that makes working together so rewarding. Great senses of humor and an environment that allows for fun interactions makes the work day go quickly.
