I like the fun contests for employees and the culture of supporting good causes in different communities.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good benefits. There are child care and education benefits, but they also support good causes and give back to the community.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like the Service Projects for the community and that they try to give back, and people really enjoy being part of that.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like being able to work from home. I can get my work done and also care for my family. When my kids are out of school for a holiday, the summer, or they are sick, I don't have to figure out what to do with them. I can work and be home for them.
