Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
12 years at the company. The culture allowed me to find just the niche were I want to work. I have one of the best jobs at MarketStar and see no reason to look elsewhere. It hasn't always been perfect, but the leadership and the culture will help you to find fulfillment if you also put in effort.

No egos. Everyone is very willing to jump in and help each other out.

Transparency and being "down to Earth". Great career experience. Very thoughtful about making any changes but willing to move and take smart risks.

There are constant actions to reinforce or "live" the company's stated values. Those values are not just words, but continue to become part of our DNA.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The entire team genuinely cares about each other and is always willing to pitch in. We're not afraid of hard work, but we also approach work thoughtfully.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

What do you like best about the leadership team?
Frequent and transparent company updates. I also am grateful for the Open Door environment. I believe our Exec team has great competency as well as down to Earth caring about the individual employee's experience.
