The people. As any interview, it might be tricky and do not know how to be (mostly when you are on the phone/ zoom call). I have seen their questions is towards you as a person rather than the job itself. I did not have all the "attribute" to do this job, but they still hire me.

Recruiters were unresponsive and uncoordinated, and applying through Workday is unnecessarily time consuming. Why did MarketStar make me create an account in Workday to apply?

expand the talent acquisition team to allow the existing team more bandwidth to improve processes.
