I've never had such a disrespectful manager. Constantly belittling me, taking credit for my work, and denying me time off for emergencies when I have well over 100 hours of accrued PTO. Other teams are better. I feel insecure in my role as I am constantly reminded of the uncertainty of my role.
Working at Mondelez is great, good environment and every day is there´s something new. Always challenging but exciting
I love the company, the products and my peers. My only bad experience has been and is with my leadership team.

I'm grateful for my job. I like what I do. I don't like my leadership, the lack of emotional intelligence, feeling like nobody has my back. I would like to feel secure - supported. It has been a sweet/sour journey. I don't feel like I can grow here. Neither feel like feedback is useful.

They then hand you off to another set who do have similar objectives and finally you meet the HR person for their questions.

S.T.A.R. questioning asks a lot of tough ones meant to show both your strengths and weaknesses. The toughest questions are the ones that show weaknesses because you should also have a reply as to how you overcame your weakness.

I met with the HR manager, the Floor manager and the department manager. It took 3 weeks to get a reply with offer.

It is allowable for an AP or area manager to be abusive to your merchandiser in our Walmart store in Leitchfield , KY. He accused the merchandiser of things that our own employees caused. He did this in front of customers as well.
