I have been for almost a year now. Everything is going well so far. I would love to receive a bonus on top of the rasie.
Great company, high standards, pay is competitive. NYU has the best DEI I have ever seen. Fair.

Lack of intense office heirarchy and accessibility and inclusion with leadership and frequently ask for input, feedback, and ideas. And provide strong constructive feedback and are eager to help me learn

What's the office layout like at NYU?
Stuffy
The layouts are differ depending on which building you are in. I work in an IT unit and it is a cubicle layout with offices for managers and up.

Mixed reviews. They could improve by hiring a new CIO

It's usually pretty in depth.

some are great. some are terrible and like to gossip
