What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager cares for me.
Service oriented, and always striving to do better for the patients we serve.
Lack of intense office heirarchy and accessibility and inclusion with leadership and frequently ask for input, feedback, and ideas. And provide strong constructive feedback and are eager to help me learn
Helpful, kind and considerate. Always available when a problem arises.

staffing needs to be better, short staffed all the time

Fair salary and good vacation
There very generous and they have options suitable for every budget.
