Working for Olive Garden has been my favorite job and only job that i have had where I'm excited about going to work and making my guest happy everyday my general manager Rhett has a amazing team and family to work with. I strive to make my guess 100% satisfied everyday i just wish i had more hours!

I have an amazing leadership team that i work with i had never worked in a restaurant before and i was given the opportunity to be a server and have learned so much from the leadership in the first three months that i have been there and can't imagine where i will be a year from now i can't wait!

Team work is the number one goal other than our guest manger's are always making sure we are working as a team and helping each other out and treating all of our guest like we would our guest at home or our family my managers and team have taught me so much in the first 3 months with the team
