Everyone outside my account is nice. Everyone within the account should not be working for this company. i know about 10 of them just sit in the office and talk or watch ,movies but some how are allowed. While I have to keep track of so much and if I miss one thing I get in trouble.

I can listen to my podcasts while working at my desk. The culture seems great, but just because we cater to people, we have hired the wrong people for the jobs.

I am tired of doing my teams work and not allowed to do performance evals, because they are "new." Even though 98% of them have been here longer than a year.

As a small unit leader I am expected to do an know everything. So why have my own team if my team is allowed by management to get away with bad behavior, not show up on time, and keep unsafe work habits. I am told to do write ups but my leadership throws them out.

Stop catering to the "feelings" of an employee. If the employee expects 100% of their paycheck then they are expected to do 100% of the job. Showing up on time for a week does not warrant a gift card or an award. doing your job does not warrant a Bravo award. Going above an beyond warrants awards.
