As a newer employee my experience has been fantastic so far. I came from a company that had great flexibility and didn't know other companies were similar. Reify is not only similar, but exceeds my previous experiences. I am very happy here and excited to get more integrated into the team.

My previous job included bonuses, but I like that here it is simply the salary plus benefits. I am also excited about the stock options.

I am excited to be a part of the work we do as well as the work of our customers. I also enjoy learning new things and challenging myself with learning new skills.

Everyone values working hard, but at a balance with life. I have never once felt pressure to work late, not take a day off, etc. in fact it is the opposite. My manager and team fully support my outside-of-work responsibilities/life.

Everyone is so willing to help answer questions/brainstorm problems. There have been many times I needed help with something and my colleague schedule a quick meeting right then to discuss it. The support I have felt while working virtual has been huge.
