I wish I could get more feedback from my manager on a more regular basis and I wish we had more staff

Verizon: I grateful to have a job. The work environment is good about 75% of the time. About 25% of the time, it could use improvement and I wish I could find a better job.
Marathon Petroleum: Change leadership. This leader has a top down approach that is ineffective and outdated.
BASF: Local people should be more internationally exposed and more professional

Sprouts Farmers Market: My overall experience is great there are a lot of chances to move up
Xcel Energy: The work itself was OK, sometimes pretty boring though. The quality of the officer leadership is very low. Most of them all 'know' someone and that's how they got promoted. The CEO is just an awful human.

Genentech: Slowly declining. Management lacks the true leadership mentality for individuals. Only concerned about meeting goals.
Circle K: It been a up a down ride. Sometime you get a great manager and alot of bad. The write ups are to much sometimes.Managers should care more about employees.No one should be working by themselves especially since other stores can help. Machine break down alot and some ahould be replace.
Chipotle: I joined the team a little over a year ago and I wouldn't change it for a second. It's been an incredible experience with talented people. The leadership team is outstanding!
Ralphs Grocery Company: the experience doesnt excel or meet to my expected potential and growth

Subway: This one is tough, I loved my job, but it's a job where it's easy to burn out. Given the opportunity you will. My boss doesn't work my crew with 8s. I get a couple, but for the most part it's a lot of business we do. Got an award in the back to prove it. Located next to an oilfield. It has perks.
Amazon: I have my ups and down, but I mostly have a positive outlook.
Chipotle: I love being a part of this company at such an exciting time. My only suggestion would be to be allowed to work remotely if your role allows it. It can be more productive when you can and work through tasks without day to day interruptions.

Chipotle: I am completely content right now at Chipotle. It's a great place to be.

Spectrum: The coworkers are wonderful but the micromanaging needs to be taken care of. People that do their jobs well get in trouble because their handle time is high, but you need to take into consideration that not everyone can rush someone off the phone.

KMart: Coworkers are great, but everything else is not good. Employees are essentially punished based on a rewards card that is sometimes more trouble than it's worth. Corporate keeps pushing unrealistic goals that often are only obtainable at the expense of the customers while saying it's best for them
Burger King: Good company and good people to work for

Walmart: Walmart provided me an opportunity to work and make a decent wage. My hard work was noticed, appreciated and rewarded through promotions. Overall a positive experience that I am grateful for. Though losing vacation time due to miss managed scheduling and always being understaffed is a drawback.

Union Pacific Railroad: Heartbreaking. So many promises from Mr Fritz when he first came into office. We all thought maybe corruption would be ran out, ethics reinstalled, our smaller sized customer base would grow locally. The exact opposite has happened. The exact opposite. We have torn apart communities.
