Vertafore: It has been fantastic and I think I've found my work home for the next several years. I have recruited family and friends to join the Vertafore team. The culture is amazing, it starts with our leadership and carries through all aspects downward.

Operations could work on improving the issues they face in a regular basis. Nevertheless, working in this company for1 year already has been a great experience.

Vertafore: While I think the company is a little too focused on social/political agendas, I don't feel pressured to conform to that. I work from home and am free to do what I love and then turn it off at the end of the day and be myself with my own values and purposes. At work, I love what I do.

StandardAero: I train people that come in the door for the same position, and they start out at dollars more on the hour. It's very unfair in that respect. This has went on for years. Also the new employees are rewarded for bad behavior, then the veterans inherit their jobs because they are too lazy to work.

Cognex: Stock option but have to wait for 3yrs or so before one can cash in. It also depends on the prevailing price of stock when one was offered the stock option
BairesDev: Everyone is very friendly, most processes are very clear, and you can learn a lot from the different cultures of the people you work with

Vacasa: They are so kind and personable, always making sure we have what we need to get the job done and checking with us about our schedules to make sure its a good fit. They are hands down the best bosses I've ever had.

Lamar Advertising: Lamar is a great company but seriously behind the times in the compensation area, my son graduating college makes more than I do after 25 years.

However, it still acts a small biz and everyone can see we don't have enough office/ops staff and people are stretched thin all the time. The company needs to build a better base to maintain and attract employees and things would be much better

ModivCare: Nobody is on the same page at the company. Information we get is contradictory from one person to the next and it seems like we're all being told different information. We get docked points for things that we do wrong even though we receive conflicting info about what we're supposed to be doing

FSA Federal: I have only be at FSA Federal for almost 3 months and I am very happy with how understanding they are about certain situations etc. So with that brief sample size I would say I am very happy with my overall experience.
