Recent promotions have seen women get promotions to manage the quotas of women at senior management. A great initiative but it needs to be balanced with experience.

National General Insurance: Their website is a complete disaster. It is quite stupidly designed, and all I ever seem to get is "An unexpected error occurred" or "that is unavailable at this time." Their 800 help line offered to call me back instead of waiting on hold, but I never got the call back.

IMEG Corp: I've worked at 4 other engineering firms and IMEG is the best in regards to diversity of projects, coworkers, office conditions, salary, location, and benefits. They also give you all the resources to further your excel and further your career.
ProMach: It is a good company that provides a lot of different solutions for a lot of different industries. The moral and overall culture is not ideal and management does not seem to care about the culture or its employees. The training has not been good either and am constantly in the dark on things.

IMEG Corp: I have been here over 18 years, starting when I was a jr. engineer. I have had so many great opportunities to learn and grow. I have really been able to create a rewarding career here.
IMEG Corp: I'm having to shoulder a lot of responsibilities with no meaningful help. The helps that were assigned to me invariably got re-assigned to other projects that are more urgent/underworked/improperly staffed. This situation leads me to having to work constantly.
IMEG Corp: Working at IMEG has been very rewarding and interesting, both in terms of the work and the people. We are a growing firm with many opportunties available for both recent college graduates as well as for seasoned personnel with many years of experience. It all makes for a great work environment.

IMEG Corp: Very good and path for career growth is clear. Only negative is PTO transfer to STD. Should be a years worth of time that you can accrue and you shouldn't have to worry about it every quarter.

IMEG Corp: It is overall good. I have been moved to Ops Manager and that has allowed me to become more engaged with IMEG, which I appreciate.
Victaulic: Managment stuck in the past. Lack of career develoment, upward mobility and stifling culture towards women and minorities. Low pay & slow to innovate, competition quickly overtaking market share. "Boys club" culture and inability to listen to employees all contributing to brain drain.
IMEG Corp: I've worked for IMEG for many years and have never regretted it. I know it's not normal today, but IMEG is my first job since college. I might work into my 70's just because I love the work and people.
IMEG Corp: Overall, definitely significantly more good than bad. I've been offered positions at other companies for increased pay, but the totality of the "package" wouldn't have added up to the value IMEG provides.

IMEG Corp: There really is a path for growth within the company and you have the ability to really have access to the "higher ups" in the company to get your voice heard. I do think there is a bit of an imbalance with work/life balance at the moment, but that is industry wide with the shortage of engineers.
IMEG Corp: Overall it has been a good experience. The difficult part that i have seen is hiring new talent b/c of a lack of exposure in our state. This can also be applied to winning new projects.
IMEG Corp: Fantastic place to work with some of the best people and top notch engineers around. Very challenging but very rewarding work and no two days are the same. IMEG is very flexible and allows staff to be professionals and work when and where needed.

Newrez LLC: Terrible online tooks; clueless reps; zero accountability and misinformation. Bounce around across companies with no clue as to how to solve corss functional issues. Poorly trained reps. Disnoterested and non accountvale leadership....countless phoneaystem loops....just awful.

Now I'm a communication specialist. This is a company that gives every employee the opportunity to develop. Many of us have learned a lot along the way.
Suitsupply: Shocking company culture and communication strategies due to tmanagemnt that has been there too long and bullies newcomers that are a threat with new innovative ideas that challenge the status quo. Anyone with an opinion is pushed out.
Quality Inn & Suites: this building needs to be totally remodeled...gut it out...new furniture...some of the clients are drug dealers and prostitutes.....

Bloomingdale's: The customer service options are ridiculously limited. So are the department listings by telephone. Very frustrating to rectify a problem created by a salesperson.

Everbridge: Everbridge is a great company with a critical mission. That spirit pervades the company and makes it an excellent place to work. We do a really good job of hiring people who fit the model of delighting our customers while supporting each other and the company's mission.
