Elastic: I have only been here since January (3.5 months) but already feel like a valuable part of the team. As long as you are willing to learn and work hard, everyone is very accepting and goes above and beyond to help you succeed! I feel valued and seen and am able to learn a lot every day.
Conduent: It has been a challenging growth opportunity, being able to be exposed to multiple unplanned situations and having to adapt to the client needs, which has prepared better for future situations.
BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee: It is impossible to get prescriptions covered through this insurance company. A lot of medications require prior authorization and then they are still denied after additional documentation is sent to them. People pay a lot of money for coverage and medicines should be covered.
