Moving up internally does not require competence, just the ability to step on necks to elevate yourself. Toxic culture.

Smartsheet: It was great before, but these days no so much. To many failures with launches, too much flip flopping in pricing. We are pissing off our customers with the changes and there's no coming back from that sentiment. Also doesn't help when sales doesn't follow pricing caps in place.
ADP: ADP is truly remarkable! They care about the communities they are in by encouraging volunteering and goes out of their way to make sure the employees know they are valued. I'm always professionally challenged, plus plenty of room for growth and advancement.
