World Vision: Working hard and helping one another
Discount Tire: Customer service. Appointment scheduling. Set up appointment two days in advance at 11:15. Staff yook people without appointment before customers who set up appointments. Why make appointments when they do not honor the time set up. An hour and 20 minutes later it goes into bay. Left close to 1 pm.
Guerlain: The history, the authenticity. I love the combination of the lipstick and mirror. However, I would advise that Guerlain attempt's to incorporate eco- friendly packaging to attract another audience type. Also, try to get rid of microplastics within the product materials. but keep the luxurious feel.
