NOVO Health Services: I feel like communication is key to make sure a team can work together successfully. Hard to communicate though when we are told differently every day on our tasks. Having written processes that are updated is key to ensure everyone is on the right path within the departments.
Squarespace: Overall its a great company to be part of. The people and team are very competent and they care about their work and impact. Some negatives - mostly little things like availability of branded merchandise for employees, lack of company holidays, health benefits seem to be getting worse each year.
Scrum Alliance: Love the culture, the people, and the connection to the agile community. Change and restructures happen frequently. Some non-agile ideas prevail.
Choice Hotels: My experience here has been wonderful. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The only downside is not having consistent support. My leader has changed twice since being here for only a year. There has been no discussion of a growth/development plan for the future.

Squarespace: It's been amazing. Lots of things to improve still, inside the teams, more organization with the work and deliveries time, etc. But aside of that, working with such amazing folk, and the communication as been amazing, love to know what is happening in every department of the company.
Squarespace: People are great, team is very smart, significantly less meetings than I was used to before, which is a good thing, but sometimes important meetings don't quite work with my timezone forcing to work longer or trying to accommodate at the expense of family time. RX: the company itself and the people have been great. i've enjoyed the job since joining just over a year ago however it was quickly made clear that the team are understaffed and very stripped back since covid times, which can only be down to profitability of the company. Pay does not reflect the work.
RX: I'm in RX from only 1 yeas as maternity replecement. I chose to undertake this experience because I believe it is a great opportunity for growth. both economic and professional. Of course, I hope that the foundations will be laid for a possible permanent placement in the company.
