Sunrun: Sunrun has amazing potential, and we hire very likeable and fun people. However I see the good people quitting every year. I have seen managers replace people and the replacements quit within months. To me this indicates an issue with the manager that is not being addressed.

Progressive Insurance: Uphold what you sell. I have never had a claim and I have an active homeowners claim that has dragged on for more than 4 months. I understand that as an insurance company you do not want to pay claims but you are breaking the law and are in breach of contract with me. I also have 4 automobiles.

American Home Shield: Train your customer service department. I have been over billed two years in a row now. They all want to tell me it is a tax. NO taxes would show on the statement you sent me in the mail.

Lancer Worldwide: As a company I like Lancer, I think they could improve on some things like short term dissability/PTO policies. But there are dept processes that have been changed not for the better that create many unnecessary meetings and extra work.

Parker Wellbore: I feel I am at the right company and job and extremely excited to contribute each month. The only major drawback with this company is the disparities in compensation (monetary and Child education benefits) which is seriously way lower than other comparable positions to my role in other companies.
