NETSCOUT: I've been on the same product for a very long time. It's a good product, but it's unusual to spend this much time on a single product in my experience. I have watched it grow from little more than a science project to a solid, reliable, and trusted tool.

Encora: The salary is good, but as a contractor the reality is very different from payroll employees. We often are left out of company dynamics and lack many of the benefits payroll employees have, like paid vacations, career path, etc. Higher salary does not always make up for those differences.
