Sales needs to be paid more.

Lamar Advertising: Fantastic programs both professional and personally. I was a bit upset that the health coverages changed to only one plan as now my prescriptions are astronomically expensive with a fairly average deductible.

Base pay is incredibly low where I practically solely rely on my commission payments for all bills and personal life. The breakdown of $300 and change a week for base pay is so low after taxes ($600 and change after 2 weeks).
