Horrible company to work for, specifically the Mount Vernon plant. Pay appears good but not worth what you have to endure to get it.

You need to do a complete overhaul of shiftleads. Your employees care more about safety than they do. A complete overhaul of upper management. And stop taking benefits away from employees for example resolve, policies and procedures
