There are many things that have changed in the past 4 years. Earlier the company was growing at a good pace but now we growing at less pace. I feel that we should continue with those practices that are really required to boost the company's growth.

Instead of focusing on my team, I agreed to be flexible so I can contribute more to the company's growth as I always tried in so many years. In the end, didn't get results as per expectation
