A lot of things, but I do think that this is not going to be worth it to share it.

Provide more guidance other than the large town halls. Speak to SVP, VP, and Directors about the message we are trying to portray and have them help clarify any questions that arise regarding our goals and missions.

Leadership spends too much time in meetings. We are short-staffed and need them to work on recruiting. We cannot handle the number of calls needed with our skeleton crew. We have one team lead per recruiter.

The leadership team has no empathy at all, at least the EU one. Promises are made and half a year later broken, they don't care about the people below them. As a leader, social competencies are the most important part of your job, but everyone here lacks in that department.
