What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Provide more guidance other than the large town halls. Speak to SVP, VP, and Directors about the message we are trying to portray and have them help clarify any questions that arise regarding our goals and missions.

Start paying suppliers, it's embarrassing. It makes the company look like we're going under.

nothing. The package is subpar at best.

Lower healthcare rates, no internet compensation, low compensation in general when compared to the regional average.

We should receive performance bonus in a quarterly basis not on a yearly basis because we have quarterly evaluations.

The fact that we have had several rounds of layoffs and they are still smiling is nothing short of amazing.

I don't know that there is any at this moment. Maybe the informal town halls and swag we get for rebranding.
