Leadership spends too much time in meetings. We are short-staffed and need them to work on recruiting. We cannot handle the number of calls needed with our skeleton crew. We have one team lead per recruiter.

We're the backbone of the company yet have to take on side jobs to make ends meet. We should be paid fairly. Our pay shows our lack of value in. Others receive bonuses based on studies WE work hard to recruit, yet we receive nothing. We're being replaced w/ cheap labor from Nicaragua.

We are overworked. There are way too many studies for the number of recruiters. Everyone is a supervisor who tells us what to do but does not HELP get it done. We are suffering and I worry the few coworkers I have left will quit.
