What's the interview process like at Sequent-Tech?
Formal. Phone interview with technical questions and in person for meet and greet basically.
What do people at Sequent-Tech think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
Very nice and cool guy but too much micro management and not allowing employees to become leaders themselves
How's the work life balance at Sequent-Tech?
Not great. Your basically expected to be available by phone after hours quite often and don't be surprised if you get woken up super early...
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Sequent-Tech?
Hire sales team, provide better benefits for employees, more days off (PTO and holidays), company wise events, etc

Laid back but when busy it gets really busy and stressful
