The work is not hard but it's constant and on a 6 day schedule which does eventually wear on you even if you only work 6 hour days. The interactions with customers is generally positive but you do get an occasional bad apple which ruins the day. Co-workers are all upbeat and helpful.

It would be nice to feel more appreciated via bonus, gift card, coupon, time off. A typical employee works 6 days a week here. It should be mandatory to have at least one week with back to back off days a month. It would help tremendously with morale.
