I do a lot of work yet the pay is barely above minimum wage.

Im an assistant department manager doing the work because some of my crew doesn’t do their fair share, besides that I get pulled from my department to help in others because they are struggling for help. I would be happier with about a dollar

Minimum wage is rising but my pay stays the same. Raises are few and far between. I am not given enough hours, often in given less hours of work than my co-workers

It would be nice to feel more appreciated via bonus, gift card, coupon, time off. A typical employee works 6 days a week here. It should be mandatory to have at least one week with back to back off days a month. It would help tremendously with morale.
