The interviewer made me feel calm. We started the interview on time. She took excellent notes in regards to my experience and background. She told me the day a decision would be made and called me one day earlier to say that they wanted to offer me the position.

That both store manager and human resources set down and help me work everything out and it literally was only five mins

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Question work ethic and take that into account and hire hardworking people that will help excell the productivity in the workplace
They want people that can speak well or have knowledge of the business
If you are going to give a skills test, do it after you already know you want to hire someone. Don’t make them sit for hours doing a skills test online during the application process if you have no intention of hiring them. All businesses need to learn
