I enjoy helping people. This is a job that you can feel accomplished at the end of the day, you did something...you helped people. Its a nice feeling.
Everything is very team motivated. People jump in from all job titles to conquer a request or a question to get the best solution. The whole goal is very transparent which is refreshing, and there is a good balance on effort and reward for that effort.
My team works as a team. There is no such thing as a stupid question, and everyone is very understanding in the whole learning process. There isn't anyone on my team that I feel i can't approach with a question....which is a culture shock in the best way possible.
It is a "leadership team" but it doesn't feel like that, it feels like we are all in this together striving towards a goal. The best part about Stampli and the leadership team is that they WANT your feedback and will actually listen to what you have to say to make the experience better.
