If we need a resource to insure we do our job to the best of our ability, they make sure we get it. This is particularly true of job specific training, like project management and people management. I've grown my skills substantially here

I have a bonus structure tied to company performance that I believe I can contribute to, and its constructed in a way that is truly rewarding. Bonus structures at other companies can cause negative behaviors if they are constructed poorly, but here its all good behaviors
