The fully covered health, dental, and vision is great. Anthem Blue Cross has a huge amount of in-network options. My weekly therapy sessions only require a copay, which is something I'd never seen before Tophatter.

I believe that I should be paid slightly higher, and also would have preferred to receive more stock options.

Daily team meetings have made the adjustment to remote working so much better. People feel connected, bought into projects, and there is a clear goal.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We work fast, which can feel daunting, but in practice it means we learn fast. You are never biting off more than you can chew or setting off on projects that don't have a clear goal. The pace of work creates a clarity and focus for all projects.
