Tucows is a breath of fresh air in its approach to being an internet service provider. I've worked for several other ISPs where the needs of customers and employees are often an afterthought, but that certainly isn't the case here! My best advice is to go the careers site and apply NOW!

Our compensation package includes fair pair relative to the industry as well as a host of great benefits that go beyond typical health benefits. I just recently used my company provided benefits to pay for my son's sports equipment and still have plenty to spare.

The leadership team here not only listens but actually understands and is empathetic to the needs of the workforce. They also care about mentoring the teams below them, so I love that I can easily schedule time with an exec and make my voice heard (or even find that they've scheduled time with me).
